1:1 Aboriginal Mentoring Program

Koling wada-ngal (let us walk together) is Strong Brother, Strong Sister's culturally safe program that offers one on one mentoring with a holistic approach to achieve only the best outcomes for Young Aboriginal people aged 4-26 years old.

Each young person that is referred, will have a personally tailored program designed specifically for that individual to work with their needs, strengths and passions to achieve only the best outcome for the individual set by the young person, mentor and services involved.

We do this by providing one on one mentoring for 1- 3 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. This ensures that together we can achieve only the greatest outcome for the individual.

Aboriginal Youth Groups

Strong Brother Strong Sister is working closely with local councils and local organisation to create Aboriginal Youth Groups across Australia, for Aboriginal young people aged 12 - 25 years old. The Aboriginal Youth Groups are designed to create culturally safe and appropriate spaces for Aboriginal young people to access and thrive within.

Leadership Group

Strong Brother Strong Sister is constantly identifying leaders with communities. We have created a program that identifies young Aboriginal leaders, we then work closely with these young leaders to give them the appropriate tools and resources they need to be able live a successful life as a leader within community.

School Groups

Strong Brother Strong Sister works closely with local schools to provide our Aboriginal mentors to run workshops with Aboriginal Young People at school. We focus on positive mentoring, health and wellbeing, cultural workshops, healthy relationships, mens and womens business.
